Autograph Pad Order Form

Autograph pad design services has a fee of $149 each and will be payable upon receipt of invoice for the project to begin. Printing costs will be extra and at the clients expense. Turnaround time will vary on my current workload as well as communication delays with revision requests.

Autograph pads are typically printed in sheet bundles of 50 sheets per pad. The pads are glue bound with a cardboard backer, full color bleed on one side. Please indicate how many sheets you would like (50, 100, etc.).
