Meet the Photographer

Billie-Jean Duff is a Canadian rodeo photographer recognized for her compelling, high-impact imagery of professional rodeo and Western sport. Accredited by both the Canadian Professional Rodeo Association (CPRA) and the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA), she has been selected as an official photographer for some of the sport's most prestigious events, including the Canadian Finals Rodeo and the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo.

Her work has appeared in leading industry publications such as ProRodeo Sports News, Cowboys & Indians, and Barrel Horse News, and has been used in marketing campaigns for iconic Western brands including Wrangler and Cinch.

Her work has been recognized through numerous awards and honors, including Best Overall in the 2025 Calgary Stampede Photography Competition, selection as a Finalist in the Equestrian category at the World Sports Photography Awards, and multiple regional and national awards from the Professional Photographers of Canada. She is one of only two Canadian photographers ever selected as an official Wrangler NFR photographer, and the first woman selected for an in-arena position at the NFR in the event's Las Vegas era — which began when the event moved to the Thomas & Mack Center in 1985.
