Royal Crown Canada Motion

New this year, I am excited to be offering videography services for select Royal Crown Canada classes during the Claresholm show. The fee for the service includes video clips of all of your runs on each specified horse. The video's of your runs will receive a quick edit before being delivered to you via Dropbox or WeTransfer. Turnaround time from shooting to delivery will vary based on how many participants sign up for the service.

YOUR RUN(S) WILL NOT BE RECORDED UNLESS YOU HAVE SIGNED UP

12 HOURS PRIOR TO THE START OF EACH DAYS EVENTS.

4 & Under Roping

6 & Under Roping

Barrel Horse Futurity & Derby (not the Open Futurity or Derby)

Fee: $100 per horse

Participants also have the option to pre-purchase a bundle that incudes high quality still images and motion video. The content will be licensed for commercial use, and delivered to you via Dropbox or WeTransfer. Advance sign up required.

Bundle Includes:

~ all edited photos of all runs of each horse entered.

~ 4k video clips of each run for each horse entered.

Video clips will receive a quick edit and be delivered free of sound for you to create your own social media reels.

Singles:

One (1) High Resolution Digital - Commercial Use - $10

One (1) High Resolution Digital - Personal Use - $50

One (1) Web Resolution Digital - Personal Use Only** - $25

Bundles:

Three (3) High Res Digitals - Commericial Use - $250

Three (3) High Res Digitals - Personal Use - $140

Three (3) Web Res Digitals - Personal Social Media Use** - $65

All photographs are NON-TRANSFERABLE between Owner, Breeder, Rider, or Sponsors.

**Web resolution images are licensed for use in the following manner:

Personal Non-Commercial Social Media Use Only - No social media business pages

If you only require a photograph for your PERSONAL Use, the web resolution purchase option is best. Photos purchased under this option CANNOT be used for commercial purposes.

If you would like to make prints to display in your home the personal high res digital is the best option.

If. you want to use the photo(s) in stallion ads or other marketing efforts, the high res commercial is the license you will need to purchase.
